Parent Volunteer Application Process

We are sharing the District’s new Volunteer Process. To ensure the safety and security of all students and staff, all volunteers must complete the full clearance process by January 1, 2027.
For the District’s volunteer program, the frequency or number of hours served does not change volunteer requirements. All individuals providing volunteer services must be fully cleared before beginning any work or activity on campus beginning January 1st.

Steps to Become a Cleared Volunteer

Before starting volunteer service, all individuals must complete the following four requirements:

  1. Submit an Application: Complete the online application via InformedK12 (links below). Once a site or department administrator reviews and recommends you, Human Resources will reach out with instructions for your next steps.

  2. Complete Fingerprinting: Obtain the required fingerprint clearance. (Note: A valid state-issued ID, driver's license, or passport, along with a Social Security number, is required for fingerprinting).

  3. TB Clearance: Provide current tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

  4. Mandated Reporter Training: Complete the required mandated reporter training video.
