Dear Rose Avenue Parents and Guardians,
Our staff is busy preparing for an exciting school year, and we look forward to seeing everyone in August! As a reminder, our first day of school for the 2026-2027 school year is Tuesday, August 11th. The front gate opens for breakfast at 7:55 am, and school starts at 8:20 am, with release at 2:29 pm.
Rose Avenue will be hosting a Round-Up for all parents and students on Monday, August 10th. The purpose of Rose Avenue’s Round-Up is to provide families with the opportunity to complete necessary registration paperwork prior to the first day of school, ask questions, and find out their student’s teacher.
There are two avenues of paperwork that need to be completed prior to Round-Up. The first is an LCFF survey that allows us to offer free meals to all students on campus. Please help Rose Avenue meet our District goal of collecting an application from all new families by completing the online application on or before Round-Up on August 10th. The second is updating your information in the Back to School Gateway. This is a process that is completed every year for every student to ensure we have up-to-date contact and student information.
Families without complete paperwork will be required to do so in the quad before going through Round Up and learning your child’s teacher. Please use the links below to complete the forms for your student(s). If you have questions, we will have staff available to assist you in completing the paperwork during Round-Up.

To avoid long waits, we request that families only attend during their scheduled time. Round Up will be located in the quad area of the school. Please adhere to the following schedule according to the student’s last name.

G-M 9:45-10:30 am
N-Z 10:30-11:15 am
